Opinion: Question #1 4/2/2009
While Im at it. I think Cornell should start something new called a REVERSE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL, where the employee gets to review their supervisor once a year. That would be just as fair as having it the other way around. I mean, who knows a supervisor better than their employees?
